When businesses apply for a new premises licences or club premises certificate or to make significant variations to existing licences, or are subject to licence review proceedings, members of the public may make representations, either opposing or supporting the application.

Representations must be made within certain prescribed time periods - usually within 28 days of the application being made.
However this may be shorter for certain types of application.
Timescales
New premise licence (with or without Alcohol) - 28 days beginning the day after the application is received by the authority
Variation of a premise licence (with or without alcohol) - 28 days beginning the day after the application is received by the authority
Minor variation of a premise licence (with or without alcohol) - 10 working days beginning the day after the application is received
New club premise certificate - 28 days beginning the day after the application is received by the authority
Variation of a club premise certificate - 28 days beginning the day after the application is received by the authority
Minor variation of a club premise certificate - 10 working days beginning the day after the application is received

Only applications which are currently being considered will be displayed in the 'Applications currently under consideration' section.
Applications will be removed when the deadline for representations has passed. However, details of previous applications or current licences are available to view on our public register.
