The Time Square development was completed in 2020, and includes a new state-of-the-art, 13 screen, 2,500 seat multiplex cinema operated by Cineworld, as well as several restaurants, a new market hall, new council offices, a new 1160 space multi-storey car park and a new civic square.
This project also created up to 400 construction jobs and 400 permanent jobs in the leisure, retail and restaurant sectors.
