Public health team (Warrington Borough Council)
Public Health is about promoting and protecting health and wellbeing and preventing ill health. There is lots that we, as individuals, can do to help ourselves stay well, but the council and other organisations also have a role to play. The Warrington public health team works with key partners to help ensure that you have access to the support and services you need to be healthy.
Provides a range of health services in the community, such as district nursing and speech and language therapy. Bridgewater also deliver several services for young people aged 0-19 on behalf of our public health service.
A specialist NHS trust that provide treatment, support and guidance for people affected by mental health issues and learning disabilities.

Healthwatch Warrington works to ensure that local people’s views help shape health and social care services in Warrington, so that they meet everyone’s needs.
They bring public engagement, consultation and complaint advocacy services together as part of a single organisation and also provide evidence-based feedback to help improve local health and social care services.
