This annual monitoring report relates to the implementation of planning policies and the timetable set out in our local development scheme.

The report fulfils a requirement of Part 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011 - Part 6 Planning, section 113 Local development: monitoring reports) and associated regulations to produce a monitoring report, at least annually, to monitor and review planning policies. It reports on the period from 1 April to 31 March.
