A caravan pitch which is not occupied by a caravan, and a boat mooring which is not occupied by a boat, are exempt from council tax.

You will need to tell us the date the pitch or mooring became unoccupied, and an inspector may need to visit to confirm these details, prior to awarding the exemption.
