Ceremonies in the ceremony room, 1 Time Square include:

• Legal vows
• Exchange of rings
• Up to 80 guests

Options for your ceremony:

• Separate waiting area for couples who do not wish to see each other prior to the ceremony
• Entrance procession into the ceremony room
• Your choice of music – we can create a bespoke playlist for you
• One or two readings
• Promises – standard or written by the couple
• Grand exit procession of the happy couple
• Ring bearers 

If you would like to book the ceremony room at 1 Time Square, you can browse available dates and times online. You will be able to make your reservation and see the fees you will need to pay.

Ceremonies in the register office, 1 Time Square (statutory ceremony) include:

• Legal vows
• Exchange of rings (optional)
• No more than two guests, who must also act as witnesses

Statutory ceremonies are available in the register office Monday to Friday at 10am or 11am.  Statutory ceremonies can only be booked via email at ceremonies@warrington.gov.uk

Please note:

• You cannot book your registrars more than 2 years before your ceremony
• You will be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee of £50 at the time of booking. This fee is not a deposit and any subsequent changes in the date, time or venue of your ceremony will be subject to a further £50 charge

• Warrington registrars can only attend venues located in Warrington. Contact your local register office for venues outside of Warrington.
