Construction of new Flat Top Road Hump and Associated Trans Pennine Trail (TPT) works.
From Monday 5th February 2024 works are taking place at Chaise Meadow in Lymm for the replacement of the existing round top road hump with a flat top road hump approximately 50m from the junction of Birch Brook Road.
This will allow greater access to the Trans Pennine Trail.
These works are being carried out in conjunction with the new chicane barrier works on the TPT.
The works will be carried out between the hours of 09:30-15:30 during the week under temporary traffic signals, the scheme has been permitted and should take around 5 days to complete.
