Creative Remedies is a programme delivered by the Mental Health Outreach Team and involves a range of arts activities that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of Warrington residents.  To be eligible to attend these groups, people must live in Warrington and be over the age of 18.

The community arts scheme has been set up to offer an alternative non-clinical treatment, for people, having or recovering from, mild to moderate mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression.

Attendees find that it helps reduce loneliness and provides a sense of belonging when involved in these sessions.  The groups have helped people to make friends, gain confidence and learn new skills, in a relaxed and friendly environment.  We aim to attract anyone who feels they could benefit, in particular people who are socially isolated within the community.
