Foster4 is a pioneering foster carer recruitment service which launched in April 2019. Based at our offices, it is a collaborative project, recruiting foster carers on behalf of the four Cheshire local authorities - Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester, Halton and Warrington.

We pool our resources together in order to recruit even more foster carers, providing even greater support to the ones we have, and ultimately keep more local children with local foster carers, reducing our reliance on Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs).
