The YoungMinds website provides a wide variety of information and advice designed to help improve the mental health of young people up to the age of 25. We have information for both young people and their parents or carers on mental health conditions, feelings, medications and different life situations, as well as training courses and resources for professionals working with young people.

Helpline/Webchat service for parents/carers:
We also offer a helpline and webchat service for parents and carers, which provides advice and support for looking after their children’s mental health. Call our Parents Helpline on 0808 802 5544, Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm.
