Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term) - St Stephen's Catholic Primary School
The role
The Governing Body of St Stephen’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant, to work within our successful and hard-working team to support pupils in Key Stage 2. This is a temporary/ fixed term post, and the successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week - term time only.
The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications at Level 3 or higher and be able to:
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards through classroom support and leading on intervention programmes in Key Stage 2
- Promote inclusion and wellbeing of all pupils
- Set high expectations for themselves and the children they work with
- Show flexibility and draw on a range of strategies in helping pupils achieve positive outcomes in their learning
