Senior Support Time Recovery Worker
About us
The MH Outreach team is a lively innovative service which offers practical short term solutions to assist individuals to manage their mental wellbeing. Our aim is to assist individuals to address practical issues which may be impacting on their mental wellbeing. We are looking for a flexible, motivated and creative person, who is able to work independently, sometimes under pressure and have sound assessment, planning and organisational skills. You will be working as a member of a lively, supportive team, supporting STR workers to deliver planned support and reporting to a group leader and team manager.
The role
You will assist individuals to complete Wellbeing stars and develop short term goal plans to address current needs. You will allocate work to identified members of the STR team and will be responsible for ensuring that all identified tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will ensure that client records are completed to a high standard in an agreed time frame and will liaise with supervisors to identify and address any problems that may arise.
Generally staff will complete their hours between 9-5 Monday-Friday. On occasions you may need to work outside of these hours if required. You will receive an essential car users allowance and access to a range of savings and offers through the Warrington rewards scheme.
What's needed?
You must have extensive experience of working with people with mental illness, preferably in a community setting. You must have a NVQ level 3/ QCF or equivalent or related qualification. You must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of local services, partners and services. You must be able to travel extensively around the local area.
