The Local Compact for Warrington defines the relationship between the public sector and third sector groups and organisations. It's a voluntary commitment and partnership by both sectors to improve the way we work together.

It offers a framework to support the development of the third sector, encourage partnership working between the sectors so that groups and organisations can do more to meet their own aims and the shared goals of partners, thereby enhancing their contribution to the community.
