Following the closure of the Winter Grant Scheme in April, a new 2021 Local Support Grant (LSG) has been introduced. This is to provide further support for eligible households in Warrington for the period up to 20 June 2021.

The Council is hoping to award the Grant before the school holidays at the end of May. The amount of the grant will be based on funding provided by the government and the number of eligible parents/young people. This means the amount is not yet known but the Council will aim to support as many households as possible.
