Talking Points can help with much more - just ask!
The friendly Talking Point team are there to have a conversation with you about a range of different things. Talking Point advisors don’t come from one particular organisation or profession, so they can offer support and advice on a variety of issues, or they can work with you to connect you to services or organisations who can help.
Talking Points are there to help you to get the right support and advice at the right time. After visiting a Talking Point, we want to make sure you leave feeling better and more informed about how your issue can be resolved, and the next steps towards helping you with this.

How are Talking Points different to other services in Warrington?
Talking Points do what they say on the tin. They are a place where you can speak to an advisor about anything that might be concerning you
Talking Point advisors won’t send you away if they don’t know the answer. They will try to work with you to find an answer or connect you to somebody who can help
Talking Points aren't about asking you to fill in lots of forms and asking you lots of difficult questions. It is about having a good conversation so that we can work together to find solutions that will help you to live well
Talking Points will ‘pop-up’ in places and spaces that are comfortable and accessible to the people who need our support most
