In accordance with Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Warrington Borough Council has published the Report and recommendations of the independent Inspectors appointed to carry out the examination of the Warrington Local Plan 2021/22-2038/39.

The receipt and publication of the Inspectors’ Report now marks the completion of the Warrington Local Plan 2021/22 – 2038/39 examination. The final stage of the Local Plan process is for the Plan to proceed to Cabinet and then Full Council for adoption.
