Further to my recent email I was reminded last night by a ?Labour Rose? leaflet pushed through my letterbox that Peel Hall is still included by WBC as land potentially available for development. Frankly I find this to be quite absurd and urge you to persuade your colleagues to remove this property from the Local Plan. WBC has, for a number of years, refused to grant planning permission, sought by Satnam Millenium Ltd, for major development at Peel Hall and is currently objecting to Satnam?s latest appeal. To include this land in the Local Plan beggars belief and I think that the residents of Fearnhead, Winwick, Cinnamon Brow and Orford deserve much, much better from WBC.
