Plan erodes valuable Green Belt without consideration of it's impact - plans do not demonstrate a thorough impact assessment. Proposed housing will likely be unaffordable for local people. No clear evidence of brownfield use as an alternative to Green Belt use. Proposals will have negative impact on roads and facilities. Plan will further exacerbate air quality issues. Plan relies on road traffic which is wholly inconsistent with the UK?s Climate Change requirements, which will only become more stringent. Plan fails to support the residents in providing a sustainable living environment.

Proposed warehousing facilities will not attract high quality jobs with corresponding salaries for workers to be able to afford proposed new housing.
