Plan does nothing to address issues with sustainability, development of town centre to encourage residents in South Warrington to use town centre, congestion and travel from south to north. Proposals will add to traffic on an already overloaded road network - does not address issues with lack of public transport south of Stockton Heath. Plan lacks investment in local leisure facilities in South Warrington - reflects the north/south divide in the town.
