The plan focuses on increasing income for Warrington and should focus instead on regenerating the town centre. Warrington will become a commuter hub. Countryside is what makes south Warrington a desirable place to live so the appeal will be lost. Will local roads be improved to accommodate the higher flow of traffic? Roads are already congested and air pollution is a huge concern. Road system will require significant improvement with the logistics site proposed in the plan. Houses and jobs won't be aligned. Over time fewer people will want to live in Warrington.
