It would be madness to bring all the extra vehicles into the area, I struggle regularly now to get access to my property due to the traffic on the roads around here.
There would need to be more access across the ship canal to cope with the growing state of the traffic. It mentions a leisure centre. That would b a nice edition, for the kids swimming particularly. There are a few facilities missing around here. But it?s a lovely small community.
