I have had difficulty accessing The WBC site as it states there is a security risk which you may need to investigate, to enable a meaningful consultation.
Whilst I appreciate that a local plan is necessary for the future development of Warrington. It seems that this plan is merely to build yet more houses without due consideration as to the environmental and logistical impact to the area.
Regarding the information I have been able to find, there seems to be a distinct lack of detail as to the provision of infrastructure for the proposed new developments of an additional 4200 houses. Most houses have at least two vehicles now, so it would be reasonable to assume that even by a conservative estimate, there will be another possible 8000 cars for the infrastructure to contend with. The likelihood is that an even greater amount of vehicles will be competing for space on single, already narrowed roads, in the local area. This will further increase pollution and congestion in Warrington and have a detrimental effect on health of the local population.
Additionally no mention is given as to extra facilities such as schools or medical facilities or the detriment to green spaces and countryside. This will undoubtedly change the local environment as green spaces will be
