I would like to raise my concerns that this development will destroy a substantial amount of green belt which will be lost for ever. This land is currently used by Warrington residents for leisure and pleasure.
The plan does not include sufficient infrastructure for the large number of dwellings proposed.
Traffic is already a problem with regular congestion causing disruption on residential roads.
Air pollution is already approaching WHO maximum leading to lots of health issues for children and adults with health issues.
