Summary of comments

1. Building on Green Belt, when central Government are wanting to protect Green Belt areas.
2. Removal of mature trees is not helpful in reducing carbon emissions.
3. The Trans Pennine Trail is the home of owls, bats and many more wild life species and the planned development would undoubtedly impact their habitat.
4. With 300 homes being built there would need to be more GP's surgeries, schools, pharmacies and clinics to support the new residents as current services could not cope.
5. Grappenhall was mentioned in the Dooms Day book and Thelwall was mentioned in the Saxon Chronicles so why would you want to destroy the character of these historic villages by becoming a greater Warrington.
6. Building on a field that is prone to flooding as well as the fact that Thelwall is known to be criss-crossed with underground waterways will not be the best place for building homes.
