Summary of comments

Deeply concerned that the proposals to build on a large amount of green belt land will ruin this part of south Warrington. It is an area we moved to because of the rural feel of the surroundings. We chose this area because of the lower density of housing and the available open spaces in close proximity. The proposals would ruin the 'feel', look and character of the area forever.
I believe that the proposals are not sound - alternative brownfield sites should be developed before taking more of the open green belt land. The plan is not sound in terms of meeting the assessed needs of the area. This part of south Warrington already lacks the necessary medical, education and leisure facilities for such a large increase in population. The resultant increase in traffic will create more congestion and increase pollution and therefore again the plan could not be described as justified nor sound.
