Summary of comments

1. Local needs have not been met in the provision of adequate transport planning i.e. road and canal crossing through Stockton Heath to Warrington. The present A49 route north is already too busy and the plan does not address the needs of the extra traffic.
2. Provision of educational and medical needs are not sufficiently thought out. The plans have not stated who will bear the ongoing costs of funding the staffing and services once the promised buildings are up and running. Until then how will the present local schools and medical services cope ? The cost will fall on the local council tax payer and the developers should provide planning for the extra costs of the new services when they are built..
Elements of the local plan have not been sufficiently though through so I object to the local plan.
