The new plan shows no regard for air quality as the levels of pollution will only increase due to the excessive amount of traffic; which in turn will be caused by poor road layout. It is bad enough at the moment with the swing bridges regularly causing major congestion whenever a boat passes through the Ship Canal. No thought has been given to current issues let alone new ones.
