I feel very strongly that Greenbelt land should NOT be built on. It was labelled GREENBELT for a reason!! The land is not needed for housing, it is not the right place for housing and the Council needs to look at using Fiddlers Ferry and other brown field sites. Fiddlers Ferry is a huge area that could be developed and provide all of Warrington?s housing needs. It is far better suited to being developed as the infrastructure around there could be adapted easily and purpose built.
