I feel that not enough thought has gone into local infrastructure and the roads and public transport will not cope. Also it would appear to be more houses than needed and I?m sure not sufficient will be for first time buyers as they areas that they are building in are too expensive! The countryside is important for mental health as was seen during the on going pandemic and a lot of it will be lost!
