This plan is not in line with local needs. There has been consideration to schools , health services and public transport and how much the increase of the population in Warrington will impact on the already congested roads around the town and the surrounding areas.
2, the proposal to build on green belt is unjustified when brown field sites are available.
3.you have failed to justify how you will develop the town centre and again what infrastructure will be put in place .
