The destruction of precious green belt environment does not seem to be justified or adequately addressed. This is in constant use for leisure at present and its protection is essential for the health of the planet as well as for people of the community.
The local area already has terrible problems with traffic congestion, bottlenecks and parking problems which will escalate to ridiculous levels if the plans go ahead. Urban transport systems do not seem to address the fact that families will live in the planned family homes. Childminding and school drop off runs are just not an actual reality on public transport.
Local facilities are currently oversubscribes and run into the ground. North & West Warrington have had several upgraded community hubs but South Warrington is left wanting. This should be addressed before extension plans not after.
Increased air pollution is also a worry and is inadequately addressed.
