I believe the use of Green belt land before the brown field sites have been exhausted is against our moral obligation to look after our environment.
The recent developments in Appleton have shown a blatant disregard of this obligation with the destruction of ancient oak trees.
The housing development is not in line with the needs of the town and the lack of road and services infrastructure to serve south Warrington is already acute.
The proposal for the relief road from Junction 10 M56 to the trading estate will take HGVs past the new family focused housing development. The air quality for the children in that area will be compromised.
The plans constantly put profit ahead of people and on the grounds listed I wish to object to the plan.
