Acknowledges changes made in the Plan following the previous consultation. Including reducing Green Belt release and housing numbers.

Concerns on the targets set by central government for housing through the prescribed formula and the implication for the Plan.

Urges the Council to only release Green Belt for development if absolutely necessary.

Welcomes the action of Warrington to ensure that locally there are affordable homes in the town and would urge the Council to increase the percentage of affordable homes for rent and first homes in the plan.

Would like to see specific assessment of the impact on climate change and the mitigating measures proposed for climate change in the Local Plan.

Urges the Council to resist the development of Peel Hall.
