No demand for more housing in this area. Existing infrastructure not suitable to cope with no. of new residents - no plans for additional infrastructure. More focus needed on improving amenities/outdoor spaces in area. Flooding already an issue, proposed development will add to this. Development will ruin appeal of area.

Development should be focused on brownfield sites, particularly in the town centre. Green Belt needs to be protected for younger generations.
