Increased traffic would cause significant safety issues. High quality agricultural land in area should be protected. Site is ecologically significant/given Special Landscape Character Status - should not be developed. WBC previously defended Green Belt status. Site not suitable for development due to flood risk. Area currently enjoyed by large number of residents.
