No justification for amount of land proposed for industrial/commercial use. Use of brownfield sites not fully explored. Damaging impact on environment/ecology. Worsening air quality. UPSVLP stating potential growth 2.4x greater than Government estimate. Supporting documents and reports are not impartial. Lack of detail on provision for new infrastructure. Focus needed on town centre regeneration. Plan does not take into account COVID-19 Pandemic or COP26.
