There has been total disregard for putting infrastructure in place to deal with these added houses. As things stand there is a shortage of Drs/Dentists/schools, the hospital is woefully inadequate for the number of residents already in Warrington. The A49 is often gridlocked, traffic issues also need to be addressed before urgently.200 houses in Culcheth plus 75 in Croft would put an enormous strain on the road network. The bus service is practically non existent through Croft, therefore necessitating the use of private cars. I am also deeply concerned by the amount of green belt being lost.
