In regards to the plans for Fiddlers Ferry site.
May I ask for horse access to be included on the recreational and parklands areas please. The local horse riders have no safe off road riding routes.
The site is surrounded by at least 150 equines within 1 mile radius.
Although not all equines would use the site all at the same time it would be a huge benefit for the horse riding community if you would include them and change the pathways to multi user routes. These routes would then join up with other multi user routes over the border into Widnes and also joining up to the mineral line which takes you up to the dream at Sutton Manor. Multi-user routes would also benefit the cyclists and mobility scooter users again bringing those from further afield to visit the site. We are not asking for changes to the housing plans nor to the potential warehouse/employment areas. All we ask is for one change and that's for the paths to be made multi-user to include horse riding. Attached image of multi user track on Sunny Bank, Barrows Green Lane, Widnes. A potential link to the Fiddlers Ferry site.
