Acknowledges that Burtonwood allocation has been removed from the plan but believes the developer will still promote the site so wants to once again register objection to any potential development at Phipps Lane on the grounds of traffic and access implications, loss of amenity, flooding and lack of social infrastructure. Also air pollution, loss of Green Belt, loss of agricultural land and impact on wildlife.
