Council should investigate additional brownfield development opportunities. Concerned about increase in traffic congestion at A49, M56 and M6 junctions and with existing development underway at Stretton and Appleton Thorn. No clear plan as to how Green Lane will be crossed as well as canal crossings. Lacking in terms of mitigating impact on wildlife, noise and air pollution.

Proposed allocation is unsound and Green Belt release not justified.
