I do not believe the plan is sound. It is not in line with locally assessed needs. The number of new dwellings and cars is not sustainable. Green belt land will be lost and air quality adversely affected. Insufficient emphasis has been paid to traffic and the canal crossings. Other required infrastructure e g. schools and medical centres are not guaranteed. Sufficient attention is not given to the effects of and the provision of utilities.
