Town is already congested and development will make this worse and bring more pollution. No details on health or education provision. The number of new houses are not justified. Focus should be on brownfield land. No information on the type of jobs proposed and they will likely be low skilled/low paid. No need to destroy local villages for the volume of housing and employment development proposed.
