Hi I wish to object to the recent planning application and specifically to the 310 homes on Thelwall Heys, I am a resident at The Byre and I also breed horses and keep them on the field which will be directly behind the green belt proposed for houses .Firstly Quite often there is not enough room for even 1 car on Thelwall heys rd., another potential 600 cars in a tiny space is shocking for the environment and air pollution . This is also a haven for wildlife .. all kinds of birds. Birds of prey and other Wildlife have made this area there home to start this build would destroy their natural habitat. Furthermore as a rare British horse breeder of sport horses for UK Professional riders it will massively implicate my horse breeding program, the land attached to The Byre which is owned by my parents is also used by myself and is an integral part of my horse breeding program. This lane is used each year for pregnant mares and their foals . Our program this year produced a foal that was selected for the most prestigious foal action in The UK, ?Bolesworth?. If you built on the land behind the field we use it would end our breeding program, which has been recognised as much needed for the UK Professional equestrian sport. Newly born horses and broodmares in foal wouldn?t be able to cope with the interruption and the noise from the equipment needed to build the proposed Houses , the horses and the land on Thelwall heys have been here for hundreds of years and I believe the law protects that over building of new houses on green belt? I?ve attached my phone number below should you need to contact mw further on this issue.
