I am totally opposed to the proposed green belt land development for the South Warrington areas Grappenhall, Appleton, Appleton Thorn & Thelwall Hayes, my reasons are:
The non essential conversion of green belt land will have a very detrimental impact on agriculture, wildlife, including migratory birds.
This would also impact on local schools and GP services which are already oversubscribed The increase of traffic would increase congestion and a rise in air pollution. It would also cause increased flooding which is already an issue.
It would also massively impact on the beauty of the area.
