The plan is not sound. It is not based on accurate needs and green Belt release is not justified. The plan is not effective or deliverable as it is not demonstrated how infrastructure can or will be delivered. No regard for climate change agenda or existing poor air quality. South Warrington is already congested with existing traffic. Crossings over canals are insufficient. Much improved local services needed in south Warrington. Loss of character and open space unacceptable.
