Proposed housing not affordable to local people, commuters to Liverpool and Manchester would add to congestion at MSC pinch points travelling from homes in South Warrington. Road plans too vague. No detail on how town centre will be regenerated or character of South Warrington villages will be preserved. Plan not deliverable.
