Loss of site from Green Belt will have detrimental impact on ecology and character of area. Area currently benefits wellbeing of residents - used for exercise/leisure. Release of this site will allow further Green Belt release in other areas and result in urban sprawl. No site access shown in plan - additional vehicles in area may cause safety issue. Infrastructure already overstretched - further development will make this worse. Flood risk will increase. Previous planning enquiry stated that area should not be developed.
