Plan will destroy landscape of area and increase congestion/pollution as developments are proposed in areas with poor public transport links with no amenities. Insufficient infrastructure in place to support development - public transport especially poor. Houses are not affordable. No justification for predicted growth or need for houses. Green Belt release not justified. Plan does not help regeneration of Warrington - short sighted poor planning.
