Plan strives for economic growth at an unrealistic level - more focus needed on sustainability and quality of life of residents. Plan will not solve underlying problems in poorer areas of Warrington. No. of houses proposed is not necessary. Major issue with funding - this will limit what can be achieved. No logic in withdrawing residential allocations from SWWUE as the area has better infrastructure than SEWUE. Greater focus needed on delivering affordable housing. Plan proposals not achievable in plan period.

Green Belt should not be released until all available brownfield sites have been utilised. SE Warrington Green Belt used by residents for leisure - if developments go ahead many residents will have to travel out of the area for exercise/leisure. WBC needs to be more creative in looking for sites to avoid using green space.
