Pollution in area already an issue - development will add to this significantly. Disproportionate Green Belt release in South Warrington as land offers easy profit for developers. Development is damaging to rural character of area. Homes in area are unlikely to be affordable to those working in the area - thus increasing congestion/pollution through commuting. Infrastructure/services not in place to support proposed development. Green space beneficial to health and wellbeing of residents - should be protected.

Plan proposes wrong houses in wrong places. Needs affordable housing of mixed tenure but this affordable housing needs to be accessible to town centre and its facilities.
